Volunteers

Volunteers play a vital role in the hospice care provided by Centric Care Hospice. Our volunteers are compassionate individuals who selflessly donate their time and skills to help our patients and their families. They provide a range of services, including companionship, respite care, and emotional support. They also assist with practical tasks such as running errands, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping. Volunteers may also provide spiritual support, reading to patients, or engaging them in activities such as arts and crafts. They may also offer bereavement support to families after the loss of a loved one.

Our volunteers are carefully screened and trained to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide compassionate and empathetic support to our patients and their families. They receive ongoing education and support from our hospice team, ensuring they are equipped to provide the highest level of care.
